Gérald FLECHE

Born in 1977 in Macon, Gérald studied QHSE (Quality, health, safety, environment). Though Gérald dreamt of becoming an officer within the French firefighters, he discovered the world of waste and recycled Materials as an intern. A passion was born… After graduating in 1999, he joined the sales team focused on industrial customers of the ONYX group (Cie Générale des Eaux) in the French region of Gard, Vaucluse and Hérault. In 2002, the group, which became Veolia Environmental Services offered him a job as a Sales Manager for in the Recycling branch in the Rhône Alpes area, based in Lyon. In 2007, he Mr. Louis NICOLLIN, President of the eponymous group, noticed Gérald and asked him to become the Commercial Director and then Operations manager for Louis Nicolin’s Industrial activities in Lyon. This was an opportunity to join a human-scale, family business. Gérald grew skill in sorting center management. Gérald FLECHE joined CMP as a trader since 2009: another family business. He shares his dynamism, experience and discovers recycled raw materials trading. When Gérald is not looking for new materials to market, you can come across him on a black ski slope or on a plane waiting to jump 😊.
